Jeen’s multi-faceted interests and passion has led him on a path from an engineering degree at New York University to an advocate for the arts in Thailand. Aside from West Eden, Jeen has a background in foreign direct investments, hospitality and eco-friendly manufacturing and passion investments such as art, wine, whisky and watches. Having moonlighted as a succesful underwater photographer, an alternative investment professional and distiller, Jeen has focused his energies on advocating for the arts in Thailand.
His anayltical background combined with his roots in the arts are the backbone of the curatorial and business development aspects of West Eden.
Jeen is constantly searching for the art of tomorrow but his current favourite artists (excluding those that West Eden represents) are Gohar Dashti, a contemporary photographer from Iran who creates scenes that satirizes contemporary social structures, and Natee Utarit, a Thai painter who explores the perspective of Thailand's political and historical landscape through paintings influenced by photography and western art.
